I underestimated how hard switching tools really is

While building a SaaS, I assumed that if something was clearly better, people would switch.

What I’m realizing now:

People don’t switch because something is better.
They switch when staying feels worse.

Familiar inefficiency feels safer than uncertain improvement.

For those who’ve built SaaS —
What made someone actually switch to you early on?

Was it:
– Price
– Trust
– White-glove onboarding
– Something else?

Still learning this the hard way.
