While building a SaaS, I assumed that if something was clearly better, people would switch.
What I’m realizing now:
People don’t switch because something is better.
They switch when staying feels worse.
Familiar inefficiency feels safer than uncertain improvement.

What made someone actually switch to you early on?
Was it:
– Price
– Trust
– White-glove onboarding
– Something else?
