I updated the landing page for my platform, could I get some feedback?
I had some trouble with my previous landing page, people just didn't understand the idea for my platform (nodemap.io). I was wondering if anyone on here could have a look and give me some feedback on my newest iteration... is it clear enough?

I too am confused, but I am intrigued. Since a “nodemap” is not commonplace for me more education is required before I would even be able to decide if it’s something that I’d like to pursue. Definitely add more information and explain the problem you are solving more thoroughly.
Trying to gather ready made plans, or workflows for certain tasks is what intrigued me. I like the idea of a more standard “recipe” layout for how-to guides that shares common design form and includes more visual aides to organize the process. Being able to pick and choose certain parts of others processes into my own is also something of interest.
I look forward to seeing a more updated page so I can understand it better.
Hey! Thanks for this, I'm trying to refactor my copy and also create an explainer video for the website, hopefully this will aid in clearing it all up. From what you have said, it looks like you understand a lot of what I was trying to get across which is encouraging. Seems very interesting. Would love to hear more. However, as others have mentioned - I'm not sure what a nodemap is, so the concept is still very new. An explainer video or something could be useful :)
Hey Ric, thanks so much for your feedback! It's a difficult one to explain which is why I am struggling so much, but I know I will eventually get there! We are working on an explainer/demo video right now so hopefully that will be up soon!

The page is too short. It doesn't set me in context and doesn't tell me a story. What is a nodemap and what is a Nodemap?
I think the second section body text should actually be your opening section, so you're starting with the problem. Don't assume I know what a nodemap is, especially since your product also appears to be called that - it assumes familiarity with what's what there. Tell me the problem (text-based productivity tools are great etc.) then introduce me to a better solution. Give me 1 + 2 = 3. Don't start with 3.
The third section is quite negative, telling users what they might otherwise do won't work. You can reframe this: "You can spend time and effort building from scratch, but why not save time by importing proven templates that work?".
I don't think you should have the Nodemap marketplace info here. This page is trying to educate and convince (novice) users. The marketplace info could live in a small banner or navbar entry. Something like: "Nodemap professional? Earn money using your skills. [Learn more]".

I don't entirely understand the issue that your platform helps solve.Making these changes could help.
The subtitle following the heading in the hero section Level up your Nodemaps by co should elaborate on the heading and give a clear idea of what nodemap does. You could avoid using nodemap itself as a jargon there.
The hero section can have a graphic that better explains what nodemap is.It could preferably be a gif or video of your platform in use.
Defintely consider adding social proof on your page. Reviews by people who've used your platform is important as it adds a human element to your page.This is useful in converting potential users as it builds trust.
