I used my own marketplace to buy a GTM plan for my marketplace

Two weeks ago I launched Brief Work (briefwork.io) — post a short brief, get proposals, pay. No retainers, no agencies.

The first brief I posted was for a go-to-market plan for Brief Work itself.

Today I accepted the proposal. $50. The person had actually launched a two-sided marketplace before (it was the screening question).

That's the loop: post → proposal → pay → deliverable. Running on real money, real people, 15 days in.

A prototype is a simulation. Real money and real people are the test. Both showed up.
