I want to BUILD a startup website but don't have full knowledge of Tech Stack.
Hello it is a social website, but the thing is i have like least amount of knowledge in website development, the only thing is i am wiling to spend the time to learn all the stuffs that i need, but it will take a lot of time.
Can anyone tell me, should i try to start building the website along side with some tutorials where i would just copy paste mostly because the i don't have that much knowledge or should i wait first to learn all the stacks and then go for building website.

I suggest you learn the basics of building a web application in your favorite language and then only build your own. Don't have to rush.

Do you want to get into coding? It depends on that. While having basic knowledge helps a lot, There are a lot of products now which allow you to get started with no-code. You can search and take a look at "products" section here.
Use low-code/no-code options to validate your idea. You don't need to be a tech whiz for things like Webflow, etc. Also, get a handle on HTML/CSS and try something like The Odin Project. You'll find out rather quickly if coding is something for you or not.

To be honest, you don't even need to go to Bootcamp, I learned most of the things from Udemy, Udacity, and many other free learning resources out there.
In the beginning, it will be very hard but you just have to persist and use Stackoverflow a lot. Ask questions there, don't be a shame even if your question sounds stupid.
Lastly, just start building. You said you have a good idea and you think it might be huge. Launch the product as soon as possible and if your app gained a lot of traction, then you can hire someone who is way smarter than you in engineering.
Your job is to be dangerous enough to build your product!
