The biggest improvement for your funnel will come from showing examples of pages made using your site.
It doesnt work for everyone. I am enjoying spending time on LinkedIn, myself.

Genetically, don't worry about what doesn't work for you, do what does.
If you're talking about ads on Facebook for example, niche down to a tight focus, for example only run ads on people who liked a competitors page
