I want to run ads targeting only iPhone 11, but that is not possible on Google/Facebook. How?

I have built Dualgram (https://dualgram.com), which only works on the latest iOS 13, and iPhone XR and above.

My plan was to run ads targeting iPhone XR and iPhone 11, but I just realise that device targeting from Google/Facebook is limited. The "latest iPhone" on Google Ad is "iPhone X".. They are so outdated.

What can I do?
