I want to start a new project, but I have no clue how to approach this. Help?

Im going to get to the point.

I want a build a website/web app that lets you read translated Japanese manga and Korean manwha (These are comic books)

Something along the lines of these two sites.

Manga Park
Toonily (Heads up, this is NSFW)

I need a new project to keep me busy and I always wanted to try my hand at no-code. I've built a ton of websites in the past with no-code or low-code, but nothing really as complex as this.

What stack would be the best to use to create something that is a similar to this?
