I want users to make money off my platform, where should I start?

I have no experience in Finance, banking, or security. I am a simple dev with an online platform and a bunch of users.

I would like to implement ways for my users to make money off my platform. This would be either by:

• Getting directly paid by other users (a la Fiverr)
• or Indirectly, through a fake currency that they receive from others and that they can convert to real money later on.

I always tossed the idea to the side because of my lack of experience with everything related to money and laws. But I also had no experience with a lot of stuff before building my platform...

So, if that was a path I wanted to follow, do you know where I should start? Are there third parties that make it easier for you to implement payments-to-users (like Stripe does the other way around)?
