I was doing Shopify CRO audits manually for clients. Then I automated the whole thing.

A few months ago I was running a web agency.

Every week I'd spend 3-4 hours auditing a client's Shopify store. Checking meta titles manually. Screenshotting before/after. Writing a report. Sending it. Waiting for them to actually fix things.

They never fixed things.

I tried recommending Vitals — $29/mo, installs widgets, zero audit.
Avada SEO — $34/mo, generic suggestions, no revenue context.
Plug In SEO — shows you problems, doesn't fix anything.

None of them answered the question every store owner actually cares about:

"How much money am I losing right now, and can you just fix it?"

So I built Modifea.

Here's how it works:

→ Connect your Shopify store in 30 seconds via OAuth
→ Modifea runs 68 real checks across 7 categories (product pages, speed, trust signals, checkout, SEO, mobile, competition)
→ Every single problem is quantified in €/month lost — not vague scores, real money
→ One click fixes what can be automated (meta titles, alt texts, JSON-LD, cross-sell, trust badges)
→ For what can't be automated (photos, content strategy), Mody — the built-in AI copilot — generates a ready-to-use brief
→ After that, Modifea watches your store 24/7. New product added? Optimized in 5 seconds. An app overwrites your SEO title? Restored automatically.

My test store results: 24 problems detected → €6,815/month recovered.

The thing I'm most proud of: the before/after is real. Every fix is verified on Shopify and stored as proof. No fake metrics.

I'm a 22 y/o solo founder from France. Took me 6 months to build this between agency projects. Just launched publicly today.

$19/mo. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

Looking for brutal feedback and first beta users — if you run a Shopify store or know someone who does, I'd love to get Modifea in front of them.

What does your current Shopify optimization workflow look like?

One thing I find fascinating here is that you've removed almost all of the work from the store owner's side.

The question I'd be watching closely is whether merchants end up buying the fixes themselves or the confidence that the fixes are actually worth making.
