I was inspired by AI abilities

After a convo about her job search and bad market conditions last year - it hit me that with new technology I can build fully automated job search engine with instant resume customization which can be auto-applied.

Majority of my former colleagues called me in Q4 2025 - complaining, asking for any recommendations, people were grinding through job applications — multiple resumes, same questions, same copy-paste — and still not hear back. Maybe sounds familiar? The process was broken, and everyone knew it. So I built HiredFast AI, just finished it a few days ago actually.

Here's what HiredFast AI does:
— Scans thousands of new job listings every day, I'm providing APIs from all the major job search engines
— Matches them against your profile with AI-powered scoring
— Automatically submits optimized applications to every role that fits (that's my favorite feature, check out how it compares the old vs newly optimized resume customized for each position)
— Logs everything in a dashboard and daily updates you, so you're always in control

I'd love your support — whether that's signing up, sharing this with someone in a job search, or just leaving a comment with your honest reaction to the idea.

Hi Alexander, I checked out HiredFast, including the demo. The idea is great.

One thing I noticed: even with the demo, the value still feels slightly process-heavy. I can see how it works, but the outcome (“what I get as a user”) takes a moment to be realized.

    For example, something like:
“Go from sending 0–5 applications manually to having targeted, optimized applications sent daily — without the time drain.”

might make the impact feel more immediate.

Also, showing a clearer before/after transformation or real result (applications → interviews) could make the “aha moment” much stronger.

What kind of results are users seeing so far in terms of interviews or response rates?

      Hey Alexander, quick follow-up

For something like HiredFast, the main question is really:
“Will this help me get interviews faster?”

The process is clear, but that outcome doesn’t hit instantly yet.

Perhaps showing applications, interviews, or a simple before-and-after comparison could make that much more obvious.

Have you seen strong results on that side so far?

Hey Alexander, just one last quick note on this.

I still believe HiredFast addresses a genuine problem, particularly given the frustration that job applications can cause.

If you ever explore making the outcome more visible upfront (like showing how applications turn into actual interview opportunities), I think that could help the value click much faster.

I'll be happy to share more thoughts anytime if useful.
