You don’t find problems by thinking.
You find problems by doing.
The real pain points only surfaced after I got my hands dirty.
Coordinating with cleaning staff was messy.
Miscommunication, inconsistent photos, unclear schedules.
No existing tool worked for small-scale hosts like me.
As a creator and problem-solver, I kept collecting insights.
But my Obsidian, Notion, Roam — nothing helped me actually connect the dots.
I needed a way to synthesize ideas, not just store them.
As a non-native English speaker building globally,
I struggled to communicate naturally on X.
Tone, sarcasm, nuance — I was always second-guessing my posts and replies.
