I watched 47 SaaS founders lose users every single day without knowing why. So I built the fix.

Every time someone hits cancel on your app, one of two things happens.

They tell you why. Or they disappear forever.

For most founders it's option two. Every single time.

The cancel button gets clicked, the subscription ends, and you're left guessing. Was it price? Did a competitor steal them? Was something broken? You'll never know. So you keep building in the dark.

I built Flidget.com because I kept seeing this same pattern. Founders obsessing over acquisition, spending thousands on ads, while quietly bleeding users out the back door with zero insight into why.

The fix is embarrassingly simple. A small exit chat that opens right on your cancel page. Not a redirect. Not a survey email they'll never open. Just a warm one minute conversation that happens exactly when they're about to leave.

Users actually respond. Because it feels human, not automated. And every reply comes back to your dashboard tagged with the real reason. Pricing. Competitor. Missing feature. Bug. You can filter it, read the transcripts, and spot patterns within a week.

One script tag next to your cancel button. That's it.

If you're running a SaaS and you've never actually heard from the people who churned, this is the thing you didn't know you were missing.

Free to start. 10 exit chats, no credit card.

We lost like 8 users last month and only found out because our MRR dropped. reached out to 3 of them personally, one replied. still have no idea why the other 7 left. been looking for something like this for a while honestly

That one reply probably told you more than 6 months of data right lol. timing is everything with this stuff, people are way more honest in the moment than they are a week later when you follow up. hope you get some actual answers finally
