I went looking for a SaaS opportunity and found one in failed-payment recovery

Short version: existing failed-payment recovery tools are priced for businesses 10x larger than solo SaaS doing $2K–10K MRR. ChurnGuard closes that gap — flat $29/month, smart retries, branded dunning.

The pricing gap in the dunning space usually leaves mid-tier founders paying enterprise rates for basic recovery features which essentially negates the revenue they’re trying to save. When the recovery tool costs as much as the churn it’s preventing the math just stops working for anyone in the $2K-$10K MRR range. Are you focusing purely on the automated email sequences for these smart retries or are you also looking at in-app notifications to catch users while they're actually active?
