I’m building Tepsonic, an electronics marketplace focused on unlocked and refurbished phones, laptops, and accessories.
We recently moved to a custom stack (Next.js + Java backend on AWS), but I’m actively trying to improve conversion rate and trust, not just design.

Making the homepage instantly communicate trust (competing with Back Market / Swappa)
Improving product page clarity and conversion flow
Creating a “marketplace feel” while still keeping it simple
