I work in Pharma and cannot come up with a good idea

I know this will probably sound so dumb and maybe it is not even really an Indiehacker question but I guess I am really desperate...

I work for a big Pharma company in IT (think Manufacturing IT, MES, LIMS etc.).

I deal with many (dozens) of small and big Pharma SaaS companies on a daily basis. I know all of their internal processes (think Software Development) because we are auditing many of them.

Areas of expertise are e.g. Product Management, Software Lifecycle Management, Pharma regulations (Computersystemvalidation, GxP, Pharmacovigilance etc.), SOX IT, SOC2, IT Procurement.

I make good money and I don't have to work a lot BUT I am just really "bored" and unfulfilled...

I would love to start my own thing. It could be a consulting firm, it could be SaaS, Information business - I don't know. However, the idea should be "small" and not the next Billion Dollar company. I am thinking about solo or 2-6 people (in the later stages). Also, it should solve a "real" problem (e.g. help generate revenue). And that is kind of my problem. The skills that I have are in high demand at Pharma companies but I don't know how to turn them into a business/product.
*The only idea that I always come back to would be consulting smaller Pharma SaaS companies on regulatory (think FDA regulations etc.) and other requirements and processes, since most of them are really struggling with that. On the other hand, that does not help them make more money. It is just a necessary evil when you are working in the pharma space. Maybe in the long term that could, with help of somebody else, be turned into a Product (like secureframe is doing with SOC 2).
How (if at all) could somebody like me help Pharma SaaS companies? Any ideas? What are some of the pain points that somebody with industry insights could help them with? How would you go about this?
Looking forward to your thoughts. Again, I know this is probably stupid but who knows...
