I worked on 3 failed SaaS as a designer and here is 1 thing I learned from it!

Yes, there are too many things to talk about. But I just wanted to share one thing!

Your product will make money only when:

Value > Money

A value means:
It should solve a problem, perceive the likelihood of achievement, or save time or effort.

Trust me, very few founders understand & experience this simple matrix; at the surface level, everyone shows that they know it but don't.

Even if they understand this matrix, they fall into the tangled web of false assumptions that they are solving the right problem.

I don't want to stretch because you don't like reading long posts.

So, remember this value > money. Everything is secondary
