Last week brought more new releases from OpenAI's "12 Days of Shipmas," including new Apple Intelligence features. We also learned that founders are falling out of love with Postmark, a popular transactional email service. Prolonged outages, account deactivations, and "malicious" links don't necessarily endear a platform to its users.

In other news, here's the truth about dating as an indie hacker: 60% of indie hackers are in a relationship, 10% are single and actively seeking, and 30% are single and not looking. Indie hackers are slightly more likely to be single than average (30% of US adults vs. 40% of indie hackers), and single indie hackers are way less likely to be putting themselves out there.

Is hustle culture still worth it? Founders pondered over Alex Hormozi's "give up everything" philosophy, with many viewing it as totally unrealistic. Amanda Goetz was quick to counter that life isn't about a single focus, calling that kind of philosophy dangerous. Justin Welsh then added his own spicy take, calling Alex and his wife "money-driven."

Wade Foster built Zapier from a small side hustle into a powerhouse. His top advice? Charge from the get-go.
