Idea feedback: Airtable directory of businesses for marketers

Ever since I saw this product (https://www.swipe.page/?dc=ih) on here, I have become really interested in creating a service around Airtable. So here's my rough idea(s) which are both more or less the same..

  1. A directory of local service businesses across the US for a given niche. For example, say you had a product that you wanted to market to cleaning companies. Part of your lead-gen process would likely be creating a list of cleaning companies across the US of a certain size. This is obviously a very manual process, and likely fairly time consuming. My product would be a directory of these companies and I would try to include info like size of the company, location, website, contact info, owner name. Access would cost a couple hundred bucks. I like this because you're just doing the initial research once up front and I don't have to build any software. Pretty simple. And it's also really scalable because I can just do the same thing with any industry if it works. I guess my main concern is whether or not there would be enough demand. I'm not sure how many companies would even need this type of thing.

  2. So basically the same as #1, but instead of local service businesses, it's influencers. So I would pick a niche and compile a list of influencers in that space and record relevant info like followers, avg post reach, avg posts/week, etc. So for example, one of the niches could be gaming streamers and I would sell this product to brands/marketers that want to implement influencer marketing in this space. With this one, I could even possibly progress into like a boutique agency where I'm actually managing the ad spend for these brands and taking a % instead of just selling the list one time.

Anyways as title says, I'm looking for feedback!
