Idea feedback request - Generate Polished Demo Videos from customer meetings

I am considering building a product that would ingest recorded product demo meetings from Zoom, Teams, etc to automatically generate polished, succinct demo videos to use as leave-behinds.

In my day-to-day work, I deliver many product demonstrations to prospective customers. Oftentimes, I will need to deliver the same presentation to a customer because either a key stakeholder could not attend or the customer wants to see the product again before moving forward. This stalls deal momentum and creates a fractured buying cycle.

My goal for this project is to build software that will use the recorded demo meeting, prune down the video to key demo components, and generate a professional looking video that can be used as a leave-behind asset or a reference for the customer in internal conversations. Think of the videos you see on software marketing sites, but tailored to the customer's exact needs based on the actual conversations.
