Idea for a new adaptive course creation platform

Hi all, I’m new to IH and thought I’d get started by putting my idea out there. We’re still in the development stage but would love to get your feedback on the idea in general (good and bad!).

We’ve currently got a basic landing page (https://godaptive.ai/) which we’re planning to bulk out over the coming weeks/months

Our goal is to build a platform that allows entrepreneurs to build and sell AI powered adaptive courses that personalise an individual user's learning journey based on their strengths and weaknesses. Traditionally, if you sign up for a course, you start in the same place as everyone else and you all consume content in the same way. However, everyone starts a course with different experience/knowledge levels, so this is inherently an inefficient way to learn. .

The idea came about when we tried to make our own courses adaptive (we sell exam revision courses for doctors). We noticed that some of the big players in our industry were starting to make their courses adaptive, but when we tried to follow suit we struggled to find a platform that had the functionality we needed.

Adaptive course platforms do exist, but they are either prohibitively expensive (and still require a background in code) or are generally tailored towards educational institutions, and don’t necessarily possess the sales/marketing features that course entrepreneurs require.

With Godaptive we’re hoping to make adaptive courses available to all.
