Idea: Niche job board with more focus on helping the actual job seeker

I'm looking to build a niche job board, but looking to find a differentiating experience that is better than LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

It seems like a lot of these platforms are more focused on getting listings out and not really helping the actual job seeker with their hunt.
