Idea - pay a 25% commission for someone to sell your product

You know how there's always those growth-hacks with different apps—the most recent one that comes to mind is Cash App—where they'll pay you if you make a referral that leads to a paid subscription?

Imagine this: a website where...

• Creators (like you) can post their content or apps, and;
• People can sell that content or app to get a 25% commission on whatever the creator makes.

If you don't sell anything, you don't get any money. So you're incentivized to sell. And creators get money that they otherwise wouldn't have gotten.
