Idea: Please comment! - The Homeowner Course

Concise, to the point lessons of what you need to know when you own your first home -
Everything from checking dryer vents to replacing air filters to fixing lights to basic light switch replacements... in one place, with printouts and video guides.

Perhaps with a weekly newsletter on homeowners issues like finding the best roofers, lawn care, etc.
20 bucks or so to have all that information.

    mmm... I think the problem with this niche space is no one knows he needs one till after he doesn't care about it anymore.. cause it all sounds like you should know, or your friends/close family would know...
    I think it would be super hard to market it, even if you prove it's crazily profitable to buy/use.
    Also if anything I think it should be a localised thing...
    well there might be a more physical version that would work, if you use the information about sold places, than mail them a big useful package, than charge suppliers for advertising. (this is based on something similar that exist..).
    or if you can convert sales to actual contacts you might be able to do a digital version of it, but the targeting is the big part
