Idea suggestion

Hey guys I'm working on an idea, Let me know what you think about it - It's based on Vocal for Local, You know that before sometime a video got viral "Baba ka dhaba" this is not only one, there are lot of peoples Who are facing same problem they need help right, I just want to make a platform where people can meet who can help others, It's not just meet, also they can share 1. How they can help 2. Who need help etc. I'm not clear What could be the exact process but I know my purpose is to connect who need help and who want to help. Give your suggestions please
