Idea: Task manager with clear milestones 📒
Hi all! I wanted to figure out how to make task tracking more clarity to stakeholders. I want to validate the idea. 😅
The application allows you to manage any process and remain clear to any outside observers.

Clarity. Each table has automatically generated feed for showing the progress of the work. You can share the feed with stakeholders. They can view development completed tasks at any time.

If you go to https://www.uclusion.com and look at the first set of pictures below the fold you will see our take on communicating status - swimlanes that show late, blocked, etc. on stories. However the other trick is what's in it for the people entering the status data? You have to build an app with benefits for them as well or the data won't get entered anyway.
