Idea that could have 100k active users, 95% will not pay anything, $ from ads should I build it?

I've this idea that help students study via questions aggregation for certain exams , it will lead to good traffic (100k monthly active user) , am sure that almost 90-95% will not pay anything)

And what are the possible monthly revenue for such traffic?
Ship it... You never know how far your product can go. Maybe you discover in the process a common problem useful for another niche. Or you can find a partner who wants to sponsor you.
Just ship it an work with the results. New ideas will come, including monetization ones.
If you can manage to get 100K monthly active users, the monetization part will be the easiest one :)
