Do you wish your remote workers on thier birthdays, anniversaries?

I recently missed to wish my team mate on his birthday. I felt so bad. Did you ever miss one? If yes, how did you feel?

I was thinking if this is a problem that needs to be solved. Plan is to set up an email scheduler. Goal is to set it once and it runs by itself.
