Idea Validation - A microSaaS for Product Managers / Indie Hackers to generate marketing links on fly

Hey Guys,
I currently work as a Product Manager at a small startup. The challenge that I faced in my current job is that whenever I want to send promotional / marketing links for some communication to our users, I always have to get the link built from the tech team so that we can track it. And this communication overhead hampers my productivity. So I thought, maybe if we had some kind of a tool where users can create links with various tracking parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, etc) and use them in various marketing channels that they want.

The tool will track these links and can provide insights like number of clicks, performance of different marketing channels, etc.

The flow for the user would be something like -

1. Login
2. Dashboard
3. Paste your link which you want to track
   4 . Specify the params you want
4. Tool will generate a link for you (shortened if you want)
5. Check performance of various links in analytics dashboard
6. Premium feature - Ability to use custom domain in generated links

What do you guys think about this idea ?
Do you guys feel a need of such a tool ?
Or are there any existing products which solve this need ?
