- Video Call using Google Hangout, Zoom are sometimes hard due to install software and lots of configuration
- Mobile / low connectivity scenario is not supported properly

Your describing a feature/capability not a problem.
What is the problem? Who has the problem? How big is the problem? What is their current alternative? How much does the problem hurt? How frequent do they have that problem?
If you can't figure out who has the problem than it doesn't exist.
