After meeting: Paste notes → AI auto-extracts actions + summary
Ongoing: Reminders before deadlines

Sounds like a good plan.
Not sure how the Auto generate prep card would work, but giving an option to manually select what should appear in the future prep cards from the AI generated recap and action items may be more useful.

The idea is to generate prep card from last 3 meetings recap + action items status + client details/mail/chat.
It will be like meeting prep coach which will prepare you for the meeting so that you don’t have to waste time on context gathering.
