Idea Validation: Blockchain for torrent to solve "no seeder" problem

PROBLEM

• Some torrent files are too old to have some seeder (but to someone the file is demanding)

SOLUTION

• Blockchain to encourage people to seed some demanding files to earn reward

HOW IT WORKS

• I want to download torrent X, but since it's too old (no seeder), so I post the reward "100 coins for torrent X"
• Seeder who have this torrent can decide to seed this file and earn 100 coins
• In seeder point of view, the system is kind of earning passive income for seeding files

So what do you think? Are there a need for this issue?
