In $499, you get 5000 words content, 20 good backlinks and 6 good quality graphics.
This content can be used on your website blog or on social media to bring traffic and build SEO authority.
I have a team of specialists with 4+ years experience.
Will you be interested in availing this package? Why or why not?

A combination of both. As I mentioned in the title, we are still in idea validation stage and the numbers might change over a period of time. We just don't want to generate spam backlinks just to fill-in the numbers.

As long as I can see beforehand what the Domain Rating and other stats for the backlinks are that sounds like a fair deal! Would you be able to produce technical content as well or are there any limitations on the topics?

We provide monthly report on the links and their domain ratings. We don't generate backlinks from spammy websites just to fill-in the numbers.
Yes we can definitely write technical content. However the quantity of words would vary if the topic is way too technical. So in $499, our content writers can write 5000 word of content on "Cloud Computing". But they might be able to write only 1500 words on a topic like "AWS Kubernetes" because a lot of time will go in researching the topic.

I'm biased because I run an agency that does similar work.
But, I can't imagine a world in which any of this work is anything of quality at this price.
That being said -- there are plenty of people who are willing to pay for "activity" or to check off the box on the marketing plan. They may be indifferent to the quality or the outcome of the work that's being done and just want to know that it's being completed. Those are generally the buyers for any kind of low-cost, productized versvices (see: Fiver, etc)

Well, quality is absolutely subjective.
A logo can be created in $5 as well as in $5000. Similarly a piece of content written for "Content Marketing" can cost you in upwards of $1000. However a blogpost to target a specific keyword with a clear intention of generating traffic from SEO can be produced in $30 too.
And let's be honest that most SME's does not need super-high quality content. For example, someone targeting traffic for the keyword "cleaning services in Austin" does not need world-class content or graphics. They need a good consistent strategy at an affordable rate. And that is where we are trying to fit in.
If you added a marketing tier with performance based compensation then I would take up your offer in a heartbeat.

We also didn't mention that we will get you on the first search result page for any keywords. This is because we can only control the process and not the outcome. We also know that if we follow the correct process, the performance would definitely come.
