Idea validation: How AI is replacing traditional investment tools

Hey Indie Hackers,

I’m building SiriusInvestors.com, a platform that helps investors research stocks, ETFs, and crypto more easily using AI. Instead of just building “yet another screener,” I’m experimenting with features that simplify investment analysis for retail investors and funds alike.

I’d love your feedback on a few areas:

  1. AI Stock & ETF ScreenerTry it here.
Unlike traditional filter-heavy screeners, ours lets you use natural language to find stocks (e.g., “show me growth tech stocks with strong revenue growth”). Do you prefer this over clicking through endless checkboxes?

  2. AI-Powered AnalysisCheck it out.
We differentiate ourselves from general LLMs by feeding in real-time, verified market data—financial statements, earnings, metrics, news, and full price history—so the AI’s insights are based on actual numbers, not guesses. You can generate a high quality investment analysis summary in seconds. Does this approach resonate with you as an investor?

  3. Stock Pages (example: PLTR)See Palantir’s page.
We provide full fundamental data for over 75,000 stocks & ETFs worldwide. How do you find the UI and analysis layout? Clear and useful, or too much info at once?

If you invest in stocks or crypto, I’d love to hear:

  • What’s missing for you in today’s research tools?

  • Would these features help you make faster/better investment decisions?

  • Any feedback (good or bad) is super valuable as I continue building.

Thanks in advance for taking a look! 🙏
