Idea validation needed - idea notes app

New here to Indie Hackers and loving the community so far!
Seeking validation for an app idea. :)

The Idea

I'd like to develop an iOS app that allows a user to track their business/side hustle ideas.

These are the goals:

• Save and track your ideas for side hustle/business so that you won't have to worry about which note you saved that idea in.
• Rank and prioritize ideas so that you can keep track of the best ideas and which ones to action on.
• Prompts to help you evaluate feasibility, think about MVP, etc. I'm thinking a framework that helps the user quickly evaluate if something makes sense.
• Track action items and todos for each idea
• Widget to allow user to quickly add ideas when they're out and about.

Some context

I find that I often get random ideas about an app/service, etc when I'm out and about, chatting with friends, etc. When I get these ideas, I personally write them down in a long "ideas note" on the iOS notes app. While this is convenient, the note has become rather long, and ideas get buried in there without action taken. It can be overwhelming to look at, and it can also be hard to know what to prioritize. Wondering if any of you guys have the same experience ?

Ultimately my goal is to create a platform/app that helps folks to take more action on their ideas. To encourage folks to go from their thoughts to slowly exploring what it might take to make their ideas a reality. And to also make sure the good ideas don't get lost and are prioritized.
