Idea validation. Quick question for professional.

It's an open Q&A platform like Quora/Askfm. Users can ask registered professionals a quick question, less than 150 characters.

Introduce a subscription model, so the user can ask a more detail question(no character limit) or have a discussion with registered professionals.

I can see some value here but some things to consider:
1.) How do you define a "professional" and how do people asking questions verify that the answer(s) come from experts?
2.) What is the motivation for a professional to spend time on answering questions?
3.) Is this that much different than Stack Overflow? They've figure out the "reputation points" model as a way to verify experts.

      Thanks for replying. Good question.

1 & 3) I never thought of the way to verify the answer or user expertise yet, but the platform itself is built for working professionals(linkedin?). Not something like askfm (for teenagers).

2.) The same reason they are answering on Quora and stack overflow? To built their reputation. Good answer for 'free & quick question' can lead to user subscription for a more detail discussion. I'm also thinking of community vote/reward system like Medium.
