Idea Validation: The Green Economy Jobsite

Hi Indies!!

I believe this is my first post! I have been writing an idea for quite a long time (Business Plan, Client pipeline, strategies and so on), but it hasn't been until now that I decided to go ahead and Validate.

--------A bit of background--------
Who I am
My name is Belén, I'm 31 years old and I'm from Valencia, Spain. I am not a developer. I have a business/mkt/sales profile and I am seriously trying to reduce my environmental impact in this world.

What inspired the idea: the problem
Since I started changing my lifestyle, I realised: on top of changing my consumer behaviours, I could also change who I work for. I used to spend 8h/day 5days/week working for other companies, this is: contributing to their growth and success. What if I repurpose my time, my talent and my energy and I work for a company which purpose is tackling climate change and environmental issues.

I tried to find a job in sales, business development, account management, marketing, user support, client relationships, community management and similar within the Green Economy market, however I could not find such category nowhere. I did find some Green Jobs websites, but they where mostly focused on environmental sciences and energy engineering.

What made me start: The solution
It would be great having a job board where only Green Economy companies/projects and Sustainability contributors could post their job vacancies. That would give visibility to all these Green Companies out there and encourage people to change who they work for, what their role in society is. That would help the Green transition, and that is what I am pursuing.
