Idea validation: Travel Planner or give suggestions about the place you want to visit

Hi,

I'm a software engineer and I was thinking about an idea. Your feedback will be highly appreciated.

The idea is an application which helps you to plan your next travel.

Let's say you have a plan to spend 10 days in Malaysia and spend maximum 1000 USD to go for scuba diving and to see nature and historical places.

After you key in all these data in the application, it would suggest you the places based on your interests, budget, and number of days that are better to spend in those places.

For example,

• 2 day in Kuala Lumpur by going to A, B and C

• 1 day in Melaka

• 2 nights in Taman Negara

• 2 days in Cameron Highland

• 3 days in Perhentian Island for scuba diving

all these information would be with the routes you can reach to the next place via bus, train and plane. it would also show the costs of trips, safety, etc.

I would like to know your thoughts about this idea.

In addition, would you be willing to contribute to complete the information about the places you have been before, for example by suggesting or rating about the places, costs and everything?
