Idea Validation: Will you pay monthly $499 to outsource SEO for your startup?

I am thinking to start a productized service startup offering SEO at a fixed rate of $499.

This will include complete on-page SEO, content creation, link building and other activities.

I have the necessary SEO experts, content writer team. The idea is that if I get around 10 people interested in paying $499 monthly, I can launch this productized service.
