Ideal features for a job board

Hey everyone! I am building Metalist (https://metalist.site), which is going to be a generic board builder. Initially, I want to target job boards, and I have doubts regarding must-have features.

Currently, it has the basics, the ability for creating a website (single template) that will display jobs (all job data is customizable, as well as search filters), with a big search in the home page and the ability to then filter out jobs or see details of it.

So in your opinion, what should be a must-have for a job board?

• Company profiles?
• Automated paywall? Thinking on adding the option to paywall /jobs/new, so if people wants to post a new job, they will need to pay beforehand.
• Jobs approval? Manual approval of jobs after they were submitted by end users.
• Template customization / Multiple templates
