Ideas are great but execution is better...

I have so many ideas and projects I want to build. For the longest time, it was a capital investment issue but now that I have been in crypto for a bit I have capital. Now my issue is trying to determine what project to work on and build. I have ideas for e-commerce brands, SaaS brands, etc.

How do you determine what project to work on? Also, when you lack a skillset for the project do you outsource the work, or do you try to learn it?

I currently work a 9-5 and do my projects on the side but want to build multiple streams of income so then I am not dependent on the 9-5 (like most people). Would love feedback from the community!

    1. Work on the problem that drove you mad.
    2. If you struggle to find such problem, look into products you have in mind. Imagine all of them turned into scale ups of 100 people. Which one would you like to work for if the compensation and culture are great in all of them?
    3. Congrats, all your products generated 100M dollars profit. You can only take one 100M pile from the table and proceed to work on the project, the other piles will be burnt. Which one do you select?

You say you have crypto, so you now have capitol. I'm assuming you sold? Are you just holding and the balance is higher? I'd be careful with that money, and just not consider it "real" until you sold, that's my experience at east. But assuming you've got the cash on hand, and ready to invest, having ideas is good! Write them down, see which are recurring.

The project that is working naturally will set itself apart from others. Sometimes an idea just...works. And it's obvious. If it's not, then just let the projects sort themselves out by $$, and see if one leads the pack. If none do, maybe get more horses in the race.
