Ideas list for sell

So I've started indiehackers just 5 days ago and I very much like it. I always wanted to have side project and have some income from it then I can be fully dependent on that.

So when I had started listening to James Altucher's podcast I have started writing down every idea that comes to my mind. Whether it's full time or side project I have all them in note. It's been almost one year now, and that list has grown to 100+ ideas. And I have tried hardly 4 to 5.

Now, I am thinking to sell that list. So, I need some guidance from you side project masters and successful leaders.
Is the list sellable or do I need something else?
