Ideas to get more clients for my service?

Hi everyone. I'm a web developer, and a couple of months ago I've launched a PSD to HTML conversion service since I've been doing that for many years now. It offers a very narrow set of services, which are PSD to HTML, email templates or Wordpress theme. That's it. The LP is very simple, you can check it at www.webslicers.com
I'm aware there are many services like this online, but I know from first hand that this is still growing. The thing is that it has been hard to get new clients. I know I suck at marketing (plus I don't like it at all), so maybe someone can help me here. I've been trying cold emailing web agencies but only closed a handful of clients, and not recurrent.
The ideal client would be a digital agency that works with clients that require weekly newsletters, since this type of job usually comes as an email template + LP.
So my questions are:
- How could I find more recurrent clients via cold emails? (or any other method)
- Do you think it's possible to productize a service like this? I'm not sure about email templates, since web agencies usually require them within the same day. I think the target would have to be very different.
Anyway, any tip is welcomed!
couple thoughts:
make "drop your design to convert" instead of 'get quote' - you may ask for customer details while file is uploading.
Examples. Many people understand it's not that easy to convert arbitrary PSD to quality HTML and there's no way to verify that until after receiving results from you.
Do you only do PSD? As a potential customer, I do all my work in Sketch or Figma. Most modern design firms are likely doing the same (I haven't worked for or with a company using PSDs in 5 years now). I don't know if this is a factor or not, but was the first thing I thought about.
You have a valid point here Andrew. Well, I usually work with PSD but could be anything, PSD to HTML would be like a generic name of the service. I don't have Sketch but this can be done from a PNG or JPG if exported.
So then it may be a matter of wording. How do you think it would be better to name this service as a customer? Frontend development doesn't clearly describe what it is.
And what would be the top 5 tools agencies use for design today? Maybe I should list them in the proposal.
Also you could consider making deals with designers that dont code as a revenue share
I dont know what you're charging, but I can imagine a lot of people going to Fiverr for a service like this
Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not selling myself cheap, and Fiverr is way too cheap. Rates offered for this service are $25 per hour.
Not sure if you're aware but Fiverr changed its pricing and now you can charge anything. Some people charge hundreds of dollars for Fiverr services
Didn't know, thanks for the tip. My target are agencies instead of end clients, since agencies tend to have a regular stream of work per week, plus I don't have to deal with clients directly which is something I like. I do prefer agencies since we both speak the same language.
However, I may give Fiverr a try maybe tweaking the offer a little bit. One idea I have on my mind is to productize the service, although I'm still unsure on how to properly do it.
I see that most of the fiverr gigs still start at $5, which may be a good entry level for clients to order higher gigs. From your expertise, how would you adapt the offer to be a good fit for fiverr?
Email templates start at $100, so that's the main reason I think it would be difficult to fit in fiverr.
