Ideas to monetize Newsletter

Hi, I have a small curated content weekly newsletter for the Flutter community. In the beginning, it was for me to keep up with the Flutter news but now grown to about 2000+ subscribers. It has a great open rate of +40% on average. I managed to have some sponsorship for some months.

Now I'm looking into how to take this to the next level while providing value to the community. I'm thinking of building a job board. Does anyone have experience with this?

Any other ideas? I think this is an opportunity to generate a small side business while giving value to others.
