We included a direct consent for using customer brand name and/or logo in our Terms & Conditions.
On the other hand, most users don't read T&Cs. In case of enterprise customers I would recommend asking for a separate written consent - as many of them have their internal rules for that. And you don't want to fight their lawyers.

I guess it is always best to ask for permission from the company. Sometimes you get it and sometimes you don't, but at least you know you are in the clear.
