If an app called weBelong exists, what do you think it is for?

You've already told us. It's explained in the title of the website webelong.org.uk

But, I would not have thought that an app of that title was for what's described on the website. I would have guessed it would be some sort of niche social network, or a type of neighbourhood residents'group. I think a more focussed name would be easier to associate with the intent.
