Not what I expected to ship for go-live. It feels terrifying yet empowering!
'Ready' is a feeling, and feelings don't compound — shipped iterations do. What finally got us moving: defining ready as 'answerable by the first stranger reaction.' If a random reply to a launch post tells us what to change, we shipped early enough. If the reply is silence, that's also data, just slower.
