If you are sending an email to your list, always remind them:

  1. what you do
  2. why they should care
  3. how they got on your list

Got an email that didn't this morning so I updated my evergreen article about it.

It doesn't have to be long.

'Hey, you signed up get product updates about AwesomeApp. AwesomeApp helps you make more money. And we have an announcement!"

Then go on with your email. It will help customers reconnect and buy from you.

    TOTALLY agree with this. I've received so many emails from companies that were like: "Hey, Josh from CompanyXYZ here". I had no idea who CompanXYZ was.

    We often forget that people who signed up even weeks ago forget who we are.

      We care more than they do, but we write the email from OUR point of view.
