If You Can’t Roll It Back, Don’t Ship It

Most early systems don’t fail because the feature was wrong.

They fail because reversibility wasn’t defined.

If you can’t explain how you roll back:
– config
– data
– infra state
– secrets

you’re not deploying, you’re gambling.

Stability isn’t about fewer deploys.
It’s about bounded risk per deploy.

      Not looking for help on this one. Just sharing a pattern I’ve seen in early systems.

      A lot of deployment pain comes from undefined rollback boundaries, so I figured it was worth putting out there.
