If you could name one thing that would turn you into a customer, what would it be?
Over at DarwinMail, I'm always upgrading and improving the design and feature set thanks to its users. Almost everything I do is based on user feedback and requests!
I have a public roadmap where all users can send me their feedback. I find the feedback amazing & often users upvote on the features/upgrades/bugs making it easier for me to pick what to work on next :)
I would love it if you could take a look at DarwinMail and let me know what's holding you back from upgrading?
I'm just not a big of paying online and am very frugal. I honestly would, but I don't pay for much online.
Not sure if negative feedback is better than no feedback. But yeah, unfortunately just haven't had the need for your product.
