You want somewhere really safe as well, so I would suggest Thailand (if you like Asia), Murcia Spain if you would like to be "connected" to the continent (probably the best place for nomads in continental Europe), or Canaries (for all year great weather, EU affiliation, and good prices). In all of those places you can live comfortably for $1000-1400 a month.
Bali is excellent, but if I had to be in US timezones, probably Buenos Aires or Valparaiso
